Each month I run at least 1 challenge group. This is a private group on facebook full of people who are working on the same program. We're there to hold each other accountable and motivate each other. Along with the challenge group participants you'll also have 1 on 1 coaching with me. I'll help you every time you stumble, build you up every time you succeed, and do everything I can go set up you for success and help you see a challenge through to the end.
